Return Policy

Gramercy strives for customer satisfaction and we want you to love your new linens and accessories. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased online, you may return the item within 10 days for a full refund - minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Please read the following steps/conditions for returning an item:

  • Return your unused, un-opened item within 10 days from delivery. Items that have been used, handled, or laundered will not be refunded.
  • Return all items in the original packaging. We can not accept returns on any item that has been handled and removed from the original, manufacturer packaging.
  • Contact us prior to returning your item for a Return Authorization number. You will not be refunded for any item(s) returned to the shop without a RA#. Be sure to include this number on your receipt and enclose in your return package.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the store.

*SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM BEDDING, SALE ITEMS, DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS - Special orders include anything that is ordered for a customer because it is not currently something in the shop.

Items purchased or mailed out of the Continental US are non-returnable.
